We begin with a thorough inspection to identify signs of mouse or rat activity and determine where mice or rats are living and traveling. Based on our findings, we strategically place commercial rodent bait stations in key areas such as garages, utility rooms, underneath kitchen sinks, crawl spaces, attics, and other locations where mouse or rat activity is found.

For homes, restaurants, warehouses, and other commercial properties, larger exterior rodent bait stations may also be installed around the perimeter of the building. These stations help eliminate mice and rats before they enter the structure and are one of the most effective long-term methods of mouse and rat control.

We also identify and recommend ways to reduce mouse and rat activity by pointing out entry points, food sources, moisture issues, and conditions around the property that may be attracting them.
